Monsteristic Gaming is an American multinational video game and digital entertainment division of Monsteristic based in New York City and Australia and established in 2019. It produces video games based on various genres and sub-genres and is the leadership of Monsteristic, which was established in 2004. Unlike the other company, Monsteristic Gaming's entire focus is to publish video games, which may include major franchises. The sub-company Monsteristic plans to continue to publish games part of the ShooterofIO series that began in 2007, with SOI Studios developing the first game.

As of 2027, SOI Studios became the first studio to move to work direclty under this new publishers direction. Prior to the completion of opening the new studio, Monsteristic announced plans to create a sub-division to allow teams of developers to have more focus on their games without forcing changes, something Monsteristic continued to do during their 2020–2029 era of leadership.

Monsteristic Gaming announced their plans to move the ShooterofIO series to them. This announcement was met with mixed reviews but were mainly positive from gamers whilst the critics stated the franchise may lose some of its "style" being moved away from the original Monsteristic team. CEO of Monsteristic Gaming Mark Rulesman commented stating the franchise needs innovation and isn't getting anything because of how the franchise is made.
Xbox Game StudiosUp through 2000, Microsoft had only a limited number of video game publishing efforts. With the announcement of the first Xbox in 2000 and its release in 2001, Microsoft established a division for internal development of video games for the Xbox and Windows, then known as Microsoft Game Studios (MGS). The Xbox hardware remained a separate division within Microsoft. After Steve Ballmer's departure as Microsoft's CEO, Microsoft investors attempted to exert pressure on the company to either sell or shut down its gaming business. However, these efforts did not gain significant traction. Microsoft's gaming division, including products such as the Xbox console, has remained a strategic focus for the company. Under the leadership of Satya Nadella, who assumed the role of CEO in 2014, Microsoft has continued to invest in and expand its presence in the gaming market. Since 2009, Microsoft's games operations, including Xbox division, are located at Microsoft West Campus.
