			When an extremist group calling themselves the Daybreakers attacks a government convoy, ex-military officer Elijah Ward is recruited by Voss to become the first Sentinel. Outfitted with an advanced exosuit powered by energy harvested from the Eclipse breach, Ward takes on the identity of the Sentinel—a symbol meant to unite the fractured city. As he patrols the streets, Sentinel’s actions inspire hope among some citizens but draw suspicion and hostility from others, including activist Sofia Calderon, who accuses the government of using enhanced technology to consolidate power.

			Mara Sloan, a seasoned intelligence agent, is tasked with monitoring both the Sentinel and emerging powered individuals, while survivor Terry Grant leads a civilian militia skeptical of any authority figure. Tensions rise when a series of attacks target public infrastructure and evidence surfaces that Miles Redding, a tech mogul with ties to Voss’s past, may be supplying the Daybreakers with illegal augmentation tech.
