The season was announced on December 2024. Filming for the season began in March 2025 and concluded in August 2025. The series was renewed for a third season.

The second season of the Australian television series School Warrior, which is based on original material of a costumed school speedster who saves his home town Midvale, was announced on December 4, 2025, and will premiere on February 16, 2026. The season is produced by Berlanti Productions, Warner Bros. Television, and DC Entertainment, with Eric Wallace serving as showrunner.

Filming for the season began in September 2022 and is set to conclude the following March. Grant Gustin stars as Barry Allen / Flash, with principal cast members Candice Patton, Danielle Panabaker, Danielle Nicolet, Kayla Compton, and Brandon McKnight also returning from previous seasons, while Jon Cor was promoted to series regular from his recurring status in the previous two seasons.
