Alpha Legends is a free-to-play social network game jointly developed by SOI Studios and Mob Productions, and published by Monsteristic.

Development on the video game was confirmed to have begun by June 2019 upon the game's announcment. The game was expected to be released in 2020. However, it was delayed until May 2022 due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Alpha Legends officially was released on May 26, 2022 to positive reviews. Some critics criticized the lack of content at launch and bugs. A sequel has been in development since March 2023.

Gameplay

Alpha Legends is a free-to-play, online, social networking video game. The game features multiple gamemodes such as Dungeons, Multiplayer, the Era Sagas, and Team Wars.

Dungeons

Dungeons features the majority of the content with six various Dungeons types. During the Titan and Abyss Eras, the dungeons featured "Era Dungeons", a set of dungeons specifically designed for those Eras. However, the Abyss Era brought upon the "Caves of Power", a new way to collect and grind resources which replaced the Era Dungeons.

Multiplayer

Multiplayer is a online play where players battle everyone elses defenses. Announced on July 22, 2023, it was announced that the Multiplayer mode was being expanded through multiple huge innovations, later confirmed to be coming part of Exotic Era (see below).

Era Sagas

The Era Sagas are a special dungeon that has a dozen nodes that play cutscenes. Each "saga" features a single chapter of the story. Players must use monsters of a specific requirement to complete the Era Sagas, usually fitting to the theme of the story within the Saga. A new Era Saga is released every season.

Exotic Era	March – July 2024	March 22 – April 19, 2024	1	The first season of the Exotic Era will introduce new monsters into the game, with a reimagined Season Pass. The game will introduce new modes and focus on story telling through the new "Raids" gamemode, whilst the Conjuring will feature a entire overhaul splitting up major rewards into their respective places. Finally, the season will also change up the PvP mode.

Release

Alpha Legends was released worldwide on Google Sites on May 26, 2022.

Sequel

A sequel was in development using HTML, CSS, and JS, and will be moving away from Google Sites, it was soon later announced to be cancelled.
