Avengers: Forever is an upcoming American superhero film based on the Marvel Comics superhero team the Avengers. Produced by Mob Productions and SOI Studios, and distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures, it is intended to be the sequel to Avengers: Secret Wars and Avengers: Age of Doom, the third film in the Avengers film series, and a film in the Mob Cinematic Universe (MCU). Directed and written by Freddie Goodwin, the film is set to feature an ensemble cast.
In September 2024, three new Avengers films were announced, each being part of Phase Three of the MCU. Forever was announced to be the ending of the MCU story that they slowly started in Deadpool & Wolverine (2024)'s post-credits scene. Goodwin, the director of the MCU admited he failed to make a "proper" beginning, though that would be solved in Forever, as a aspect that would close a lot of "loose ends". The release date was revealed in May 2025. Filming is expected to begin in March 2028.
Avengers: Forever is scheduled to be released on September 1, 2029, as the final film of Phase Three of the MCU.
