The 2026 Australian Open Darts Championship is an upcoming professional darts tournament to be held at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre in Adelaide, South Australia from 15–16 January 2026. It will be the second staging of the tournament organised by the International Darts Federation.
The tournament will feature 16 players, with eight qualifiers coming from the IDF Order of Merit and the remaining eight invited based on international representation and recent form. As the opening Pro Tour event of the 2026 IDF season, the championship will play a key role in establishing early momentum on the Order of Merit.
Alex Brow is the defending champion, having defeated Lukas Parker 8–7 in the 2025 final.

The total prize fund is $250,000.

Qualifiers and preview
The IDF confirmed the 16-player field on 7 January 2026. Several leading Order of Merit players enter the event seeking an early advantage in the new season, while a number of lower-ranked qualifiers will be making their Australian Open debuts.
