The 2077 IDF World Championship was a professional darts tournament organized by the International Darts Federation (IDF), held at the historic Alexandra Palace in London from 14–17 January 2077. It was the 55th edition of the championship and featured 16 of the world’s top players, all of whom qualified through the IDF Order of Merit.
The tournament was unique for its unconventional bracket, which saw unexpected matchups and upsets throughout the event. Fallon Sherrock made a historic breakthrough, becoming the first woman to reach the semi-finals of the IDF World Championship. Her remarkable run included high checkouts and consistent scoring, highlighted by a 170 finish against Alex Brow. Despite her inspiring journey, she was defeated 5–2 by Ethan Steel in the semi-finals, who went on to secure his 25th world title with a 6–3 victory over Logan White in the final.
