Development

Season twelve was renewed alongside seasons nine through thirteen as part of Streamline’s long-term commitment to Block Life. Development focused on recalibrating the series’ scope following the institutional dominance of season eleven, shifting emphasis back toward resident-driven conflict while retaining the structural consequences of oversight.

Filming

Principal photography took place between May and September 2037. Production continued to utilize practical locations representing the block, with expanded use of administrative and peripheral settings to reflect the lingering reach of external systems.
