The 2025 ODF World Championship was a world darts event that took place from 24 May to 28 May 2025 at the Suncliff Arena in Gold Coast , Australia . It featured 32 players competing under the Official Darts Fanon (ODF), with a prize pool of $180,000 AUD. It was the 4th edition of the event and was a Premier Event.
The 2025 edition of the ODF World Championship was originally meant to be held on April 19, 2025; but was delayed until May 24 due to the death of the CEO of the ODF.
Jack Mercer , from Western Australia , was the defending champion after beating Rhys Morgan in the 2024 final 6–4, however he was defeated by Alex Brow in the quarter-finals 4-1. Niko Brant won the final 6–4, beating Kazuki Sato .

According to the ODF, the seeding was changed to this version to stop seeded players skipping a round. Unlike the 2024 edition, only 32 players are playing in the event, where as the 2022, 2023, and 2024 editions featured 64 players.
The ODF Order of Merit is much different in 2025, with all previous progress that were made in the previous four years being wiped. Starting with 2025, instead of being based on money earned, players earn "Ranking Points", which can not be lost. The points are wiped every year.
